Long story short: I have nothing else connected-installed on the motherboard except CPU,RAM,GPU,HDD.
There is no external device, the usb ports are clear, well i have the usb wired mouse and usb wired keyboard connected[no drivers needed for them]
The onboard devices[ahci, sound, network] are working properly. The gpu is installed and working properly.
In device manager in the "unkown device" properties it says:
- device type: other devices
- manufacturer: unknown
- Location: on Microsoft ACPI-compliant system
- device status: The drivers for this device are not installed [Code 28]
More details:
- Hardware Ids: Value=ACPI\AWY0001
- Physical device object name: Value=\device\0000005d
- Power data: Value= Current power state: D3
- Problem code: Value= 0000001C
- Parent: Value= ACPI_HAL\PNP0C008\0
- Siblings: Value= AMD64 Athlon II X3 455 Processor_0_1_2
- Class icon path: Value= system root\system32\setupapi.dll-18

I have reinstalled the drivers from the original factory cd and after that i have tried with the new mboard+gpu drivers from the recommended manufacturer website. I removed the "older" drivers before installing the "new" ones. Could it be the chipset[northbridge+southbridge] or the cpu. What is going on?[i remember that few months ago ,in the add-remove list it was AMD Processor driver, now it isnt there anymore] I know it may sound stupid for most of you guys, i like win7, it is very stable and it can work out of the box with some default temp drivers for your devices[sound, gpu, network]. I have the drivers for my components and i want the system to run at full power capacity, what i have done wrong?

Thanks guys for answering me in short time. Nothing happened after reseting the bios to default fact settings.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA_970A_D3 Bios vers F7
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 455 3.3Ghz
GPU: GTX660

Regarding the AMDaway thing, thanks for the link, its kind of strange;
let me say that i am confuse about AMD Catalyst Control Center[it reminds me of ATI Catalyst for the graphics].
I mean where is the chipset driver?? Nevermind the audio/network/ahci because i have them.
Where is the northbridge/southbridge driver? Is the catalyst the chipset driver?
I have proof[screen cap] of AMD Processor Driver installed on Win7[same on other xp system;same cpu] It was visible in the Add/Remove list.

offtopic- How can i show you a capture screen here? because i dont see any attach button and it seems a waste of time to create an account on some other sites in order to upload some
images there....so you can see them "here". tomshardware website takes a lot of money from the commercial ads because "we" visit the website, so "we" are kind of
paying, we are the product that the site is selling; but an attach button is too much money i guess[storage is $$$$ i know but come on]

Thanks for the link; the link is correct, is valid but i already tried with the drivers from the gigabyte webpage with no result. i want to mention that in order to install the "new" drivers, i have uninstalled the "old"-existing drivers from the system. I have the drivers from the original factory cd also. Something is wrong, somehting is missing. [NETFramework4.5 is installed and also MVisualC++redistributable]. When i move the windows on my desktop, the image is tearring, similar to Vsync off. The thing is that i have Vsync setted ON in Nvidia ControlPanel.
This begins to annoy me and i am afraid the solution is beyond me. i give up.
