So recently, my computer has been acting pretty slowly. Programs would always stop responding and take a long time to boot up. Because of this I took out the RAM, and put it back in. Now when I try to boot up the PC windows loads, says 'windows is loading files' and then the screen goes black. I can't see a mouse pointer either. Any ideas on how to fix this?
