The same graphics card can not be available for your pc coz laptop uses mobile graphics card. You can use them but if you play tough games then i suggest to upgrade to nvidia.
If you do not have a dedicated graphics card, yes you can use the Intel HD Graphics only if your CPU supports it. If it does support it, just tweak the settings to make it run at decent frame rates.
