Random BSOD (no memtest error, all drivers updated), really frustrated

Hello everyone,

Really frustrated after trying so many methods to solve this problem.

Before I begin, my system is Windows 8.1, GTX650Ti, 2x4GB RAM, i5-2320.

I have recently experience very random and frequent BSOD, mainly I got the "memory_management" BSOD, but occasionally its "irql_not_less_or_equal".

I have tried memtest with no error noted, all my drivers are updated, I've clean up registry using CCLEANER, I've enabled Verifier to track bad driver and have no problem booting into Windows when BSOD happens.

From using WinDbg and EventLog, I notice a few things that showed up quite a few times, namely nvlddmkm.sys, dxgkrnl.sys, ntoskrnl.exe. I'll attach link to my uploaded minidump files from the BSOD below, please help to interpret and provide possible solutions if possible.

Googling around and trying all kind of suggestion without any progress really frustrates me, really hope to get some real progress here. Thanks very much.

you have verifer.exe flags set but you need to change your memory dump to a full memory dump so the dump process saves the debug data. It gets stripped out with a minidump.

-you might also want to remove your overclocking software. (it will be suspected as a root cause if it is running)

as a guess i would remove your old logitech wingman software from 2010. I think i recall looking at a bug where they were processing data that actually belonged to other USB devices and caused data corruption. Seeing a the bug depended on the order that the USB devices were being processed. it was ok if that device was the last in the chain of processing otherwise, nasty little random crashes. (can not debug with a minidump, need full or kernel dump(large files))

thanks for the suggestions, I've now configured my pc to generate full dump files instead of the minidump, now just gotta wait for the next BSOD.

But since then I've also removed one of my RAM, so now I'll running on 4GB of RAM. and since then no bsod yet(although it's only been like half a day test run)

Will update here if met with another BSOD and get the full dump file uploaded here.

Once again thanks very much for the suggestions.

Nice thread, I've also had BSODs occured while web browsing. I built my rig 1 month ago and so far I have gotten about 4 BSODs error each happening once a week. It isn't super annoying but I would definitely like to get rid of it. Any updates, hahnliang? Thx :)

Since pulling out one of the 4GB RAM, I've noticed no BSOD till date, will continue to monitor and update if any BSOD occurs.

Its weird because memtest indicate nothing wrong with my RAM.
