Best cooler for 4670k overclocking ?

I'm upgrading from that terrible intel stock cooler but I dont know what to get because there is so many on the market, could I possible get a few recommendation ? I'm looking for something thats not to pricey but still performs great under an overclock! Thank you

Some decent ones if you're willing to do rebates ($15-20 range after rebates):

$30 (only $15 after rebate) Highest entry price, comes with 1/2 off rebate, best performance

Nearly everyone always recommends the 212 series from Cooler Master, but while it is good, it is huge, kinda difficult to install, and unless you get it on sale will cost you $35. The ones I listed are more for a budget and only a mild OC like up to 4.2Ghz.
