I agree this is better. But you forgot to include a power supply.

Added PSU to the build.

Although I do like that build, I am really keen for DDR4 Ram, hence the motherboard and cpu etc. Since I am spending $500 on my cpu, I don't really have the money to spend on that Graphics Card, and I don't see much wrong with the 760 tbh. I will mainly be using it for editing videos and exporting, music, and downloads :)

Is there any reason you need ddr4 ram and a x99 mobo they are really overpriced right now and offer little to no performance increase over ddr3. And there is nothing wrong with a 760 i have one but its getting old and if i was spending that kind of money on a pc i would not be getting a 760 but if you dont do any gaming i guess its fine. And what kind of video editing? A pc like this is quite overpowered for a little video editing, listening to music and downloading stuff.

The reason for this is that I don't want to build a DDR3 PC, then have to spend more money to upgrade in the future. I will be gaming, but I wouldn't say that that is the purpose, it's more of an all round PC.

Everything else in your pc will need to be replaced long before ddr3 becomes obsolete ddr4 is just ddr3 that's slightly faster and uses slightly less power but you do what you want its your money. If your worried about having to upgrade soon then definitely dont buy a 760 that will be considered old and slow long before ddr3 is. For an all around pc for some video editing and light gaming this is a complete waste of money that is an enthusiast build for a rich guy who loves to blow money or for someone who actually needs that much computing power for rendering or other intensive tasks. But like i said its your money spend it how you want.

So, what graphics card would you suggest, that is under $400AUD?
