The last I knew, which was a while ago, TRIM is not supported in RAID 5.
I'm also pretty sure that's a PCIe x4 connector so data transfer may not be as fast as you're expecting, but it will still be blindingly fast.
Lastly, make sure you get the battery pack for it (assuming there is one). I've had issues in the past where a system has crashed and taken the array with it because a battery wasn't present to maintain the cache memory while the system rebooted.

Thanks Paul, I double checked, seems it's x8 (http://www.scsi4me.com/lsi-megaraid-sas-9260-8i-low-profile-md2-eight-port-internal-6gb-s-pcie-sata-and-sas-raid-controller-card-only.html). good advice WRT the battery :)
