Of course. You'll have to be on point with what is running in the background on your Windows. Look up what graphic settings are CPU dependent. Anything the GPU does by itself, like textures, crank up higher.

for real though..
E6400 is pretty ancient and a 750ti isn't exactly a powerhouse, but if you're on a budget or just throwing stuff together that you have lying around... Then.. go for it.. It shold be serviceable but you're not about to start running anything on ultra settings @ 60FPS.

there will be bottleneck due to old CPU.....but will able to play modern games at playable FPS with medium to high settings.................
