The problem is that i gets to expensive in CANADIAN prices.

QUESTION:
Can anyone please find me CHEAP "CANADIAN" prices for these parts please?

Solution

I am Canadian and I have first hand experience with every retailer so I think I can help and guide you to the right homies. Just reguarding the parts, I highly highly suggest you do not get the biostar motherboard. They are a motherboard company to avoid.

The MSI board has better cooling and should give easier overclocks . The cpu cooler is optional

Concerning the video card where i buy it from. U provided me with

Other: Club 3D Radeon R7 265 Royal Queen 925MHZ 2GB 5.6GHZ GDDR5 DVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Video Card ($129.99)

Is it better than the EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card?

QUESTION:

1 - The Video card you provided me with, is it better then the EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card?

2- is this PC:
-AMD Athlon X4 760K
-MSI A78M-E35
-Sapphire Radeon R7 260X
-8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport
-1TB Western Digital Black
-430W Corsair CX430
-Corsair SPEC-01 (case)"
-----------------------------------------------
Better than the one i provided you?

3- Also, the first pc i provided with, can it play games on 1080P?

The video card (R7 265) I stated is better than the 750 Ti. Yes the build you posted before can play games at 1080p. That card that I suggested is not longer on sale. You would have to get this card instead for $20 more:

One more question, is the final price u gave me the price including shipping prices and taxes or it can change a tiny bit?

The price I gave does not include taxes and it may not include shipping. It depends on the retailer

I was reading on some other sites and someone said that sapphire is better then r7 club?

No that is not true. They are running at the same clock speeds so they will be equal for sure. The cooling may be different but that is unlikely.
