before you read: i'm diagnosed as suicidal and have been prescribed anti-depressants, so pardon me if i get overly dramatic

I am very upset, having purchased my THIRD motherboard (GIGABYTE 970A-UD3P) and the I've gotten the same outcome as the last two I've bought (they were a couple of ASUS mobos, don't remember what they were). I've order the first 2 from Amazon, this latest one from Newegg.

There's nothing wrong with my case, I've ran my old motherboard in it and it runs fine.
My video card works, I've used it on my older motherboard (NVIDIA GT 640)
My CPU is an AMD FX.
Yes, all the fans work and are plugged in (including the CPU fan)
Yes, the CPU power is plugged in,
Yes, I've used thermal paste.
Yes, I've spaced out the motherboard from the case.
Yes, my PSU is the correct wattage
No, none of the pins are bent
Yes, the CPU and RAM are sitting on the motherboard correctly

This motherboard has no speaker, so i plugged in the one that came with my case. No beeps. No BIOS. Nothing even shows up on the screen. All the fans run, no beeps, no display, nothing.

Any ideas please? I'm loosing a lot of money...

Solution
Maybe, because you have been bought three MBs and try other troubleshooting steps. You have to test, like using one compatible cpu test the MB, if the MB works, then it means the cpu is DOA, that it why you may go to the local PC shop ask for help or ask your friend, etc.
Are you sure the CPU work or not? because you try 3 MBs already, no way you got 3 DOA MB. I think the cpu maybe dead. May go to local PC shop ask for help, if you don't have other compatible cpu to test the MB works or not.
Also make sure the RAM works too.

My CPU is new... So that's what the problem is? The CPU?

I bought a new CPU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286). When I turn on my PC, is still do not get POST beeps and the CPU fan spins for about 30 seconds then stops. It still beeps when I remove the one RAM stick I have. Is it the RAM that is preventing my PC from POSTing?
(btw I only have 1 stick of DDR3 RAM, and it's the only one I've used)
