I am planning on transporting the hard drive from my broken computer into this new build so I don't need to buy a new HDD or OS. What do you guys think of this build? I can not spend any more money than I already have on this computer. I am planning on using Sony Vegas, After Effects, 3DS Max and Blender for this computer. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Also, the site estimated this build would use around 349 W so i got a 650 W PSU, is this enough? And would transporting the OS via HDD from my old computer to this one work (it should since the OS is installed on this HDD right)?

Solution
If your previous computer was a prebuilt, then it's illegal to transfer the OS to another computer: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1625536/product-key-tied-motherboard.html

I would do something like this:

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($303.29 @ DirectCanada)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card ($397.69 @ DirectCanada)

Transporting the OS is fine, may have a few driver errors but nothing you can't fix. The PSU is fine.

One of my hard drives contained my OS when it was in use in another computer, I pulled it out, put it in this one, cloned the drive onto a different drive and wiped it. So yes transporting your OS will be fine
