I am not a fan of overclocking either. Unfortunately you still need a Z97 motherboard for SLI support.

In build you posted above, you didn't add an operating system or wireless network adapter. Can you help me out with this similar build? im going to build my own, just like the PC above, except i want to use a single GTX 980 and a R5. What motherboard would you suggest?
