So I have this weird folder shortcut thing of my local disk (c

forgot to mention that it wont let me just straight out delete it

There is nothing weird about that. That is the root directory(or folder in new speak) of your C drive (which is most likely your system drive). It won't let you delete it because Windows is most likely installed on it.

And definitely don't try to delete that again. It will erase your whole C drive. Bad thing.
