Brand new razer blackwidow gaming keyboard is double tapping?

Hey guys, I just got the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2014 for Christmas. I am just plugging it in and it is double typing a lot!! Ffrrom here out i am keeping all of the double typing in. Just so you can see how much it does it. It might just be that I am not typing fast enough ffor the keyboardd. How do i fix it?

sounds like u got a used one, 3 options=
1 return it for a new one
2 open it up and clean the keys and the membrane or switches if it's mechanical type
3 contact razer about this problem
