hello this is my build i was hoping for $1000 but with the operating system and monitor theres just no way so i was wondering if this is good bang for my buck or is there a better system? im looking to play Battlefield 4, Arma 3 on 1080p round 50-60fps on at least high graphics setting if not ultra as well as newer games coming out e.g. eternal crusade. Cheers!

You can't compare AMD and Intel CPUs. Their clock speeds can only be compared within that company. Here is a quick article why:
http://www.howtogeek.com/177790/why-you-cant-use-cpu-clock-speed-to-compare-computer-performance/

Please read it. It's very informative

As for the cores, games only use 1-4 cores right now so having a 817372818 core processor would be useless. In SOME games. Very very few, use 6. VERY few. And the ones that do are online.
I highly suggest that you drop the SSD and put that money straight towards your GPU. You will not get ultra settings with that CPU and GPU combo. If you want to play BF4 on ultra and games in the future all the same, then I suggest choosing the Intel CPU path.

Faster CPU, GPU, and faster memory. The memory I chose is also far more reliable and has heat spreaders. So theoretically the modules should last longer. Oh and all for $1 more. I also didn't forget about aesthetics either.. Feel free to ask any questions :)

hey actually a question i've been meaning to ask is why if the AMD CPU has more cores e.g. 6 to the quad process of lets say the I.5 series and the clock speed is 3.5ghz while the intel one you have suggested is 3.2ghz is seen as inferior for gaming. isn't that the two main things to look at or am i not seeing some optimisation? im quite new to this and haven't even built my first pc (trying to save up and research properly)
