INTEL 965 Sound card not working

My High defination sigmatel audio card was working perfectly but one day i opened my motherboard completely and refixed it as it was since then it is not detected . Installing driver is a far thing it is not even detected . In any operating system.
Everything else is working fine .

Try reseating the audio card if it sits in a slot.

Look in Device Manager too.
If it shows no Sigmatel audio device and there are no error symbols, that typically indicates that the audio device has failed so you'll need to install a new one.

In the device manager only High Defination Audio controller is present in system devices . And this sound card cant be reseated . Thanks for your answer . Can any thing else be done?
I want to try my best to get this sound card back because it is better than others because it supports Dolby Surround sound 7.1 and much more .
