Firstly, my setup:

- ASUS H97I-PLUS mITX LGA1150 H97 1PCI-E16 DDR3 SATA3 DVI HDMI USB3.0 Motherboard
- Intel Core i5 4690K Unlocked Quad Core 3.5GHZ/3.9GHZ Processor LGA1150 Haswell 6MB Cache
- MSI GeForce GTX 770 OC Twin Frozr IV 1098/1150MHZ 2GB 7GHZ GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DP PCI-E 3.0
- Kingston HyperX Fury Memory Blue 16GB 2X8GB DDR3-1600 CL10 Dual Channel Memory Kit
- Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 6Gbps 3.5in
- Crucial M500 CT240M500SSD1 2.5in 240GB SATA 6BPS 7MM Internal Solid State Drive
- XFX 650W PRO650W Core Edition Single Rail ATX 12V 53A 24PIN ATX Power Supply 80PLUS Bronze PSU
- Windows 8.1 64Bit

When it first happened, I was gaming + in a Skype call + listening to a twitch.tv stream when it instantly blackscreen'd, sound cuts off, but my mouse / keyboard(num, caps, scroll indicators) still have lights on. Had to hold down the power button on my PC for the lights to turn off.
Turning it back on right after that, the fans were much louder (when it usually runs close to silent) I got to the Windows logo and it shuts down again, same deal with mouse/keyboard.

Any other time I try to turn it on after that it either starts for a few seconds and then goes dead again, or it gets to the Asus boot screen and then dies. Sometimes it tries to restart on its own and the fans spin for a few seconds and then it stops. Every time my keyboard and mouse lights will stay lit up until I hold down the power button to force it to power off.

There's little to no dust / the case does not seem to be overheating at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

could be two issues. one the cpu fan is lose and the mb and cpu shutting down to save the cpu from cooking. the other issue could be the gpu fan or the gpu itself has failed. start with pulling the gpu and checking the fan. see if onboard video works. if the system boots fine with oneboard try reinstalling the video drivers and see in another pc if the video card shuts off. if it not the video card it may be the power supply not outputting the right power;
