Weird lag while playing Titanfall

So during i was playing Titanfall,i noticed that every few seconds,the video will stop half a second and then back to normal and also audio also stops as well for half a second and then back to normal.

Is this what they call micro shuttering? i already set vertical sync to "Double buffering" and also my AMD catalyst Open GL Settings Triple Buffering.

I'm going to Defrag my PC just in case,i have a feeling that defraging my PC might help.

This is something much more gross. Like running out of DDR5-RAM on your graphics card and it having to access your normal RAM.

You can try removing the triple buffering and even the double buffering. Also reduce anti-aliasing.

Oh i think i get what you mean,is it because i set my graphics settings to Insane (said to use 3GB Vram) and during gameplay it used more than 3 GB of VRam. So basically,all i need to do is reduce graphic settings right?

Thanks for your help,i turned down the graphics from Insane to very high and then i played one match and it ran smoothly without any of the problem i said above.

My game settings are all maxed out 1920x1080 except for AA,ambient occlusion to off and shadows to low.

Screen resolution is for system desktop is also 1920x1080.

Thanks,and according to this forum,apparently the game uses 3.6-3.8GB of video memory if all settings are maxed, so that was maybe why i had this problem. because my card only has 3GB of VRAM and it used over 3GB VRAM.
