Computer keeps freezing please help me

If you need help, then you should provide complete system specs: OS, motherbaord, CPU, PSU, GPU, memory, HDD and/or SSD, etc. When does it happen? At idle, while running an application or gaming? Is a hard system reset required to make it work again or does the system become unresponsive for a few seconds and then it works fine again?

It could be anything affecting the freezing, you need to list some of the components of your build. It could be your hard drive failing, and how does it occur? Is it during idle stage or during a load? Is it a temporary freeze or do you have to restart your computer to even get it to work again?
