the RAM can i add:
Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 1866MHz
or G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB DDR3 1600MHz

if no which is better?

Sorry for my English

I wouldn't recommend mixing different brands/models(e.g. G.Skill Ripjaws and Sniper) memory sticks. Therefore the single HyperX is what I would use personally.

Be aware that using 1866 and 2400 together will limit the 2400 sticks to run at 1866, in all honesty it won't be noticeable but it's worth noting that you'll be limiting the performance.

So long as they're by the same manufacturer and they're the same model, there shouldn't be any issues
