NZXT 530 Case Fans not working when connected to the fan controller

Case fans not turning on when connected to the fan controller but do when connected to the mobo, what's wrong with my case? There are two fans connected to the fan controller and one that's supposed to be the power supply but doesn't seem to be supplying any power. The fans work fine, but not when connected to the connector on the back. I have also read in another thread that there is a molex adapter which powers it but that's plugged in and only seems to effect the front and back panel led's... HELP!

He does yes, I have it plugged in and it's supplying power to the led's.

Everything is connected to where it should be, I don't know why the fans aren't spinning.
