Hello,

I'm planning on upgrading my computer and I was wondering if someone here could help me pick the right parts, seeing how I'm willing to spend some good money on it.

The parts I picked are :
CPU: AMD Fx 9590 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00DGGW3MI/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl)
Motherboard: GA-990FXA-UD3 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GA-990FXA-UD3-990FXA-UD3-SKT-AM3-Motherboard/dp/B00545BZOG)

I have the Nvidia GTX670 graphics card and a Corsair TX650 PSU.
Will that PSU be enough for the parts I'm planning to buy, and more importantly, are those parts the right choice for me? (I do mostly gaming and I'm not really planning on overclocking)

One last question I have is, what type of cooling would I need for the CPU above?
I currently have a Zalman Z11 with 5 fans, which keeps my current CPU rather cool (AMD Fx 4100). Would I need liquid cooling, and how would that affect the power usage?

Thank you all in advance!

That will be fine! +1 .*Side Note*: Make sure before you put that H80i into your system to check the hoses and radiator for any damage/leaks, Corsair is a reputable company but you dont want to fry your system :p
i would not use that combo set up. the mb is fine if you use the 8000 line of cpu the 9000 line of cpu run at a high wattage and a lot of the older mb dont have the right size vrm for the cpu. there only one or two mb that are qal for that cpu. for about the same money look at an intel i5 and a h97 or z97 mb. intel cpu with 4 cores are better gaming cpu.

thanks for the quick reply wildcard and smorizio.

Wildracrd - do you think what smorizio suggested about getting an i5 is a good idea?

smorizio - which i5 would you recommend?

An i5 would be much better for gaming since an 9570 is kindof overkill since your not doing video editing or using highly threaded apps. Plus it will run cooler and use less power. And even if you don't overclock for the cost I would still get a K series CPU (I5-4690K) with a Z series MB (Asus/MSI/EVGA/ASROCK).

Thanks a lot for the help. I'll probably order those parts soon. Also, thanks to everyone else who contributed!
