My USB is not being Recognised ?

I tried to plug in my usb after not using in for 2 days and for some reason it didn't read at all no matter what I did, then when i plugged my usb in after like 2 mins it gets recognised however the red LED doesn't blink instead stays on and my PC would try install the usb however it would eventually just fail and the red LED would go off. but the weird thing is when i connect it my pc doesn't make the sound to notify something has connected till after 2 mins and even when it fails to install and the red LED goes off and I disconnect it from my PC, my PC makes the sound to notify it has been disconnected. also after it installs once it won't install again but everything i explained above happens... also I tried on other PCs it doesn't work! I have really important documents on it that weren't recently backed up, I only have my old work from last month it also say USB 30x when it gets recognised and trying to install?? what the hell is that

oops accidentally made you response the best solution my bad and I did check on other PC and it doesn't work
