Windows 7 won't recognize the HD 7770 that I just installed(and updated the drivers) over my integrated graphics. When I plug in my display adapter to it nothing will show up on the screen. I had to update the drivers through a flash drive because I don't have an optical drive(thought the info might be pertinent). I went into my bios and I can't find any setting to disable the onboard graphics. I have an Asrock A88x BTC+ motherboard. Can anybody help me. I'd be happy to share more information where it is needed.

Either go on newegg and file a a rma (they will not charge a restocking fee because you are going to get another video card as long as you bought it within 3 months) or call them up and file an rma.

I did try it connected to the graphics card. How am I to be sure I should RMA it?

Newegg
Are they going to make me pay a return shipping fee or restocking fee? And if so is there any way I could request fast shipping back to me?
