$320 for a R9 290 with a reference cooler is a bad idea, will run hot to the point it throttles and you can get better 290's cheaper. The CX600 is not a very good PSU(complete ripoff at $70), it uses cheap caps with a higher failure rate. You can get faster cheaper ram from a better brand name.
