what power supply, gtx FTW amd phenom x4 965?

as the title says, what psu should i get(budget) used for mild gaming and i just need a replacement psu, i would like something around the 50 dollar mark, i dont need a top of the line but im not sure which ones will come with the cables and such i need on the 12v rail(s)

they mostly recommend 500W do to the fact most have at least one 6 pin PCI Express connector. Under 500 PSUs are more sparse for PCI Connections due to Video Card Power Requirments.(http://www.gpuzoo.com/) If you enter your build on https://pcpartpicker.com/ it will show you the amount of Watts used in your build as well as you can add additional components and show how much PSU you might need with future upgrades....its ok to over power but to a limit of about 20% or your wasting energy. Hope this helps...

are you sure 500w is enough? 500w is minimum for the refrence 670 and this ones a overclocked FTW

Another thing to remember a 80 Plus Certified will afford you more efficient Power delivery.

thanks, im not new to this i just couldnt find anything on the FTW version of the card since its close to the 680 and uses more power than the stock 670
