Hi, I need to get a new GPU with a max budget of 200 euros.
I was thinking in buying a Gigabyte Radeon R9 270X Windforce OC 2GB DDR5 or an MSI R9 270X 2GB.
What do you recommend.
Thanks.

Solution
Yes, 20 MHz won't make a noticeable difference. After all, it's all the same R9 270x chip, the overclocking limit is what differing. You can read the reviews and find out which is best.
The MSI version has 100 MHz higher core clock in it's "OC mode" which is for better performance. It is less in length than the Gigabyte version and will fit in your case easily though the Gigabyte will offer more cooling than MSI because of three fans. . The other things are pretty much the same.

I also need to get a new PSU, that can run with the MSI r9 270x, with an AMD FX 8320 CPU and with a MSI 970 Gaming Edition Mobo.
I would like to dont spend more than 40 or 50 euros. What do you recommend.
Thanks

Do you have any website, so that I can choose from it?
All you need is a decent power supply unit with 24A on the +12V Rail and 500W minimum rated wattage.

I was looking on the GPUs and I found that the MSI as only more 20 MHz of the clock speed than the Gigabyte, however the gigabyte as 1050 MHz of CPU speed and the MSI as 1030 MHz.
What do you think

Nope, that was not a reputed manufacturer's PSU. It has two +12V rails with 19A on both. The combined current will be around the same number. But your CPU+GPU needs more than that. That's what the difference between quality and low quality PSUs. Very good PSUs have 50A and more for 650W rated power supply. I know si much people going over that wattage and failed in their build with numerous crashes and BSODs while using the system.

There are 8 different versions of R9 270x from MSI (one 4 GB model and seven 2 GB models) and four gigabyte R9 270xs All are different in performances (very small performance difference), different cooling solutions and overclocking headrooms.

What version of MSI and Gigabyte you're referring to?
