BTW the score is 8809.

Edit: Also the problem could be that it is taking a screenshot of both monitors?

Hi Jonathan,
Before i say anything, I just wanted to thank you for all your help.

So I installed and ran MSI Afterburner (didn't mess with overclocks).

The drops that you see are only when the test stops, and then starts a new one. So those drops are normal. My temps peaked at 81C (is that bad?). The clock speed was pretty stable.

So overall do you think there is nothing wrong with the card?

Side note: do most people get pretty low fps on the test?

81 degree centigrade is very high for a 970. I dont know about the mini atx but my Gigabyte g1 gaming has never even reached 65 degrees once. I read the guru 3d article in which it says that this card reached 62 degrees in Metrol last light benchmark, so i think your card is over heating

I think you should try to open your case, dont keep it closed all the times, see if it helps. If not you should RMA it asap, 81 degrees is way too high for a 970
