Two OS Drives? Windows 8.1 Pro on SSD and Windows 8.1 on HDD

Would this be okay? I plan on making the SSD the bootdrive ,but i originally had a 1TB WD with everything in it. Sadly, i don't have an external HDD to have a back up, so until then i probably can't wipe the 1TB drive.

Will there be any problems?

I shouldn't think so.

If you go into the BIOS and change the boot order so that the ssd is first then it should be ok

If you make a backup and then delete. Yes.
