I already have my Intel processor ordered, and plan on getting the ASRock Z97 extreme 4 as a motherboard, but i am undecided on which case to get. Ive done some research around PCPartPicker through ratings and the gist and decided between four cases. (mainly looking for cable management and airflow within a $50-$100 range, therefore narrowed down to these 4)

Corsair 400r $90 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-400r)
Cooler Master HAF 912 $50-56 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-case-rc912kkn1)
Thermaltake A31 Snow White $68 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-case-vp300a6w2n)
Fractal Design R4 $70 (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcadefr4bl)

Let me know your own personal opinions on these cases. I would like to know which i should buy and which has the best deal. Should i sacrifice sleek design for a good price and good features, or pay the extra money to get the sleek design and good features. Overall i think the R4 is a steal from NCIX right now and i hope to order it, but rushing into things would just be careless.

Corsair 400R is really good for cable management if you want to pay the premium. They are nice cases.

Second in line would be the Fractal Design R4 - really good for cable management and nice design (like the 400R)

I would recommend you look up videos and reviews of the cases because it will be you that sees it most of the time, so some random person on the internet's opinion shouldn't be a big factor for you!
