if you're going for AMD AM3+ platform get at least FX6xxx. FX4xxx is advertised as quad core CPU but to me it is more like dual core since it was configured in dual module. better choice would be going for intel i5 if you can afford it. no need to get expensive mobo for it.

Do you have notebook with GT630 or graphics from notebook GT630?
If you udpate your graphics, you will can play better games. But updating the graphics card in the notebook is pretty hard or impossible (in some cases)
