really need help with computer

i got a prebuilt computer from dinopc and when i put the power cord in all that happens is that the gpu has a little white led and the motherboard (gigabyte gaming 7) power button glows orange, ive tried pressing however nothing happens i need your help (also no fans spin)
 
Solution
Then it's too expensive to risk ruining your warranty. Could be anything from a defective PSU, to funky memory. I would hold my water and wait for Tech Support to re-emerge.

also when i plug it into the monitor all that happens is the little led starts blinking and the screen goes blank, also the mouse is lit up however the keyboard wont do anything because the when i press caps no led on the keyboard appears, its really weird

If no fans spin, then it seems there is something wrong with the power.

My first choice would be to call tech support for whoever sold the computer. The problem with you making any attempt to trouble shoot is that your efforts may void any warranty. Since there is no evidence that it has ever worked, there is a chance that it is suffering from a manufacturing defect (or something minor has come loose). I you mess with it, it may only get more expensive.

If I had the computer, I would open the case an look to see if anything was obvious and then, no matter what, I'd be on the line to tech support. (unless it fell out of the back of your SUV on the way home)
