Do i need a CPU with on board graphics to run a server?

Hi i bought a CPU, a weak one just to make a small dedicated TS server, Only later i realized it has no on board graphics :/

Do i actually need on board graphics to run Ubuntu Server?

The CPU is :AMD Athlon X2 340 3.2GHz FM2 1MB 65W

Your going to need something for video output to set everything up.

You need video output somewhere so either change the cpu with one with integrated graphics or get a cheap video card
