GPU fan stops spinning

I just got a new case and liquid cooling for Christmas, and I moved everything over into the new case from my old one and installed the liquid cooling, and plugged it in and booted it up. Everything runs and the GPU fan goes, "pssh, pshh, psshhhh," then shuts off. I get 1 long beep, followed by 3 short beeps, then another long beep followed by 4 short beeps. My display is not showing, either.
Specs:
Asus M5A99X EvoR 2.0
Geforce GTX 680
AMD FX-4300
8GB RAM
750W PSU
Corsair H105 Cooler
Any help would be very welcomed! Thanks.

UPDATE:
I ran without the GPU hooked up and I got the 1L3S beeps followed by a single beep. I don;t know what this means, but I tested the GPU, then, in another PC and it ran. So the GPU checks out. Going to rebuild to see if I missed anything.

The cooling didn't leak, I checked for that. I noticed none of the case fans are on, either. The only thing that runs is the motherboard and CPU cooler.

also it sounds like bad or defective pwr supply if fans and gpu not working and it beeps...
can u connect the fans directly to the pwr supply..or is it connected only to the pwr via the motherboard
