The build above includes an Intel i5 processor which is quad-core and should be able to handle all games currently on the market, tied in with the graphics card which I have included the R9 280 you should be able to run most games to medium-high at 1080p along with the now standard 8GB for gaming. I have also included an EVGA PSU which is better in quality over the Corsair Builder PSU in your link.
The i5 is recommend for gaming especially over the Intel i3 you have initially selected; the i3 is only dual-core (with Hyper Threading) whereas the i5 is quad-core. If you require an Operating System such as Microsoft Windows, you can still purchase a copy without exceeding your budget. I have not included an optical drive however, you may purchase one for around $15.
