RAM Problems after hardware change.

I recently replaced a set of 2x2 DIMMS for one G. Skill 4GB DIMM. I also replaced the PSU to an EVGA 500w and the graphics card to a Radeon 7770GHz (No fanboyage please) and now all of a sudden the computer will either do one of two things: Start as normal which is rare, or release BIOS messages. I have isolated the error code to the Memory. I have reseated and seated the RAM, cycled through all the slots for it, and cleansed the slots and legs multiple times to no avail. I didn't use anything wet, so I don't think moisture has anything to do with the RAM issue. Any suggestions? It's really aggravating me.

The pin count is identical, the only difference is in speed. I went from 1333mHz to 1600mHz... like I said, it does work from time to time and is usable in games like Skyrim. It just has the annoying habit of not working from time to time. I don't know much about RAM, more of a software troubleshooter.

after making absolutely sure that your bios is configured correctly for that ram (which might just mean having to run it at DDR3 1333), try running memtest86 to confirm for memory issue.

what are your full system specs anyway? cpu/ram/mobo etc

Woops my bad:
AMD Athlon X2 3.0GHz
MSI Radeon 7770 GHz Edition
4GB G. Skill 1600MHz
1TB HDD
N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix)
EVGA 500w PSU 80+ Bronze Certified

I know, no where near the best but economy was important in this build.

The main issue is, I turn on the computer and I receive the beeping codes, yet everything else functions, HDD everything. Is there a way I could get into BIOS? and bypass the error codes?
