I'm getting about 6 kbps on utorrent download, which is equal to 0.006 Mbps, and less than that on upload speeds 
yet my internet speed tests are 37 download and 9 upload and tests have shown that my connection is not being throttled by my provider. I'm on EE with fibre optic broadband and it's currently almost 1am in the morning which isn't peak.
this occurs on all torrents despite the amount of seeders/leechers.
Not sure where the problem lies here, anyone got any ideas?
