I have already gone through this post: (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/304721-33-intel-q965-q963), and I was disappointed as all of the upgrades listed were not in stock, and I would like to upgrade my Optiplex (graphic's wise). My specs are (from Can you Run it?):
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz
Video Card 1 Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family
Video Card 2 Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family
Memory 3.3 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 32-bit

Is there any way for me to upgrade the graphics? Or am I out of luck?
PS: I am not very technically experienced with Computer Hardware, and as such, I might not understand some things, sorry.
