NZXT H440 or Phantom 530? Best Airflow?

Am really having a hard time on which one to choose. I want to know which of the cases has the best effective airflow. I am not looking to use liquid cooling as its too much expense and I will not be over-clocking nor SLI.

Here's my planned rig:
Intel i5-4690
ASUS H97-Pro Gamer Motherboard
G-Skill Sniper 4GB x 2 RAMs
HDD Seagate Barracuda 1TB
ASUS Strix GTX 970 4 GB
SeaSonic S12II 520W

Please help!

often buying a pc case is a matter of taste ...and its normal
so if you are stick with the h440 , go for it , still a good case too
about the fans...yes put the most fan who can fit in this case
i suggest you the corsair AF serie
