So I've been dealing with this issue for months now, I've done so many reinstalls and various fixes/diagnostics. Kinda at my wits end, does anyone know what can cause this so frequently (like every few days)?

what happens is
I get a BSOD (various errors usually about a memory issue)
I boot back up to a screen telling me my system file is corrupted or missing
I try the windows refresh and/or reset tells me windows drive is locked/ a partion is missing
then i go to command prompt try to rebuild the MBR there
try and boot same issue
then i just reinstall sometimes the boot partion is missing when you choose where to install other times it is there.

repeat...

Ive been thinking it could be the SSD i have (SanDisk SDSSDP128G) its a bit older but diagnostics say its fine, or it could be the PSU because it is also a few years old now and not a big brand (Xtremegear 700Watt) Ive heard it could be the RAM as well but I'm kinda at a loss would could be causing only the BOOT area to become corrupted so frequently, also i have run many rootkit scans including malware bytes and the kyspersky one. Im about to just replace everything thanks for any help.

1. with your ram run memtest86 on each stick. for now pull one stick and see if the error stop or get better. on your rig make sure the ssd and mb firmware and bios is up to date. in the mb make sure xmp profile is on and ram under cpui-z is set right. if your using an asus mb make sure it in standard mode. in performance mode it change the ram to cpu speed and can cause issue. the last is bad power and you need another unit for testing.

Thanks for the response, I'm trying to avoid running memtest86 because i have 16gigs of ram and i know its going to take for ever, I have a MSI MB i just updated the firmware of the board the SSD is up-to-date according to the SANDISK SSD program, ill double check the XMP profile.
