You can't go wrong with either of those really. They're actually both made by Seasonic (for that particular Antec, they use Seasonic's power supply and put their name on it).
Remember, bronze vs. Gold doesn't reflect quality. There are many terrible gold PSUs out there, and amazing bronze ones. The rating simply grades how efficient it is at drawing its power from the wall, not how stable its power actually is.
In general, unless you are running your computer at full capacity 24/7, a gold/platinum PSU will take many years to pay for itself in the money you save in electric bills. There is nothing wrong at all with a high quality Bronze PSU.
