IMO R9 270x would be better for you. See this:

Gtx 760 is only 9% better which you won't notice much. gtx 760 costs around 30% more than 270x here. so better get the r9 270x.

This is what I am building in the same budget range.

CPU - Intel Core i3-4150 Processor - 8000 (4150 is fine but If budget allows get an i5 4460 for around 5000 more)
GPU - Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon Dual-X R9 270x with Boost OC 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card - 14700
Mobo - Asus H81m-k Motherboard - 4000
RAM - G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC DRAM - 6600
PSU - Seasonic S12II 430 Watts PSU - 4300
HDD - WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Internal Hard Drive - 4200 (you might add more if needed later)
Case - Corsair Carbide Spec 03 Red CPU Cabinet - 5000
Speakers - Creative SBS A355 - 2200
UPS - Luminous - 2000
Keyboard: for this budget get a standard keyboard & mouse + Wired xbox controller - all for around 3000
I would suggest a 1080p monitor. I got BenQ GL2450HM 24 inch for 9500 from flipkart and its very nice.
If u need a better gpu get the R9 285 but it will cost around 5-7k more.

First of all thanks for the reply
Secondly i dont need a 24" monitor i want simple 18"-19" monitor . I dont want xbox controller
I want a gtx 760 or higher graphic card and i5 processor and suggest speaker for less than 1000 ruppees and i want a single 8gb ram because its cheaper or if these components are out of budget than reduce the Ram to 4gb and a cabinet for about 3000 and a seasonic 1 TB hdd is available for 3500 Rs so i will buy that

Unless you don't have desk space to fit it in, I would still suggest you a 1080p monitor. A 1080p monitor is not complicated, its also simple like 18" -19" monitors. You deserve it since you are investing 55k for your pc.
I'm not selling you an xbox controller here. You asked for keyboard and mouse, and as per your budget I gave my suggestion. This way you can play some games on the controller like RPGs, FIFA etc and where you need precision aiming etc like FPS, you will have your standard KB & Mouse. For a gaming KB & Mouse, you will have to invest a little bit more than 55k as the decent ones cost above 6k.
Alternatively, I will suggest you to skip on a few things like a gaming KB & Mouse. Just buy a standard KB and mouse (Wired Microsoft or logitech cost around 700-800 ) and only 4gb ram. You can add more ram and good KB & mouse later.
Also, if you will be gaming 768p, why would you buy an i5 and gtx 760 or higher. I3 4150 & R7 260x will max out most games at this resolution.
For the cabinet, this one is decent for its price: Antec ASK-4000B-U3 Mid Tower Cabinet

Speakers: Creative SBS A60 http://www.flipkart.com/creative-sbs-a60/p/itmd378yfwh7sdcq?pid=ACCD377YVJQM2ZGX&srno=b_3&ref=ec6e524a-524c-4c87-b96c-8c881e2bdce7

I will suggest i5 4460. 4690k if you want to overclock in the future but you will also need oc supported motherboard in that case. Radeon R9 285 will be a better choice than gtx 760 in almost the same price.
