Can someone help me build a gaming computer which will most likely be used mostly for mmo games. I am from Canada and looking to spend at most $1100-$1200 Canadian I would like for peripherals and operating system to be included in the price but if not possible I will settle without them added if it means having a more powerful computer. I would also like for the computer to be able to play most game graphics at max and to have a WiFi card. Sorry if I put this in the wrong category I'm new to this site.

Hello fellow Canadian!

This first one is a beast which will require you to make those sacrifices you mentioned you are willing to make. (more future proofed):

here is a set of recent builds (for some contest on the forum), and i'd recommend the "budget intel based gaming" ones; you can pick any one of the contenders; they are between USD 600 - 900, so you would have some left for your accessories;

[strike]if you are feeling rich (i say it cause i dont know prices/parts/availability in your town/country), you may consider ay one of the "high end intel gaming" section[/strike]. honestly, the only thing that mmo games need is a good internet connection; also, i'd recommend a wired connection any day over a wireles, even if the router is a dual/tri/quad band and comes with antenna the size of a broomstick

Edit: Correction to my post so my suggestion stays within the budget limit
