Is this a new problem or is this board new to you? Double check the CMOS reset jumper pins on the motherboard to make sure they are in the default and not the reset position. Or just remove the jumper pin from the CMOS reset pins entirely. They may need to be on the board in the default position though, I can't remember for this board. Some boards work fine in the default or removed positions but some require them to be present on the default, generally pins 1-2.
That might not be the issue at all but I'd check that first.
