Should I have my radiator in the front as a push and pull or as exhaust?

Case:450D(Stock fans)
CPU:i5 4670k(Oc 4.3 ghz)
CPU cooler: NHU-D12(performs well but looks really bad)
Motherboard: Asrock z87 extreme 3
GPU: r9 270X dual X(stock: 35 degrees C Load: 60-70 degrees C)

So I'm planning of getting a water cooled CPU cooler right, and I am not sure where to put my radiator. If I put it as exhaust, it will create a negative pressure. And if I make it as an intake, the air that hits my GPU will be warm. I am not sure what to do.

Thanks!

Top intake will provide best cooling performance for your cpu. It will pull in the cool air (no reason to be hot) and push it into the case. This setup is pretty standard on most watercoolers. The reason for the bottom exhaust is because if you make it an intake, you will have 7 intakes and 1 exhaust, which is not good unless you mod in some more ventilation.
