I just got a new laptop and I was wondering if it could run The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. So I used system requirements lab and I got a No because of my dedicated ram. It says I have a "good" in everything BUT dedicated ram as I have no dedicated ram and its asking for 1gb of dedicated ram. I'm not big on specs and things but I'll try and put my specs on

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)
i7-4510U CPU @
2.00GHz 2.60 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 6.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Pen and Touch: Pen Support
Total Available Graphics Memory: 1792 MB
Dedicated Video Memory: 0 MB
System Video Memory: 0 MB
Shared System Memory: 1792 MB

Thanks for checking this out. All I would like to know is if I can increase Dedicated RAM or if I can run Skyrim on this laptop. :D

Additional Note: I can play osu!, minecraft, Team Fortress 2, Airmech, and Neverwinter smoothly.

That site is worried you don't have GDDR5 RAM (graphics card speed memory). So long as your PC can run Direct X 9.0c, you should be able to run it with the integrated graphics on the i7.

I went to check which version of DirectX I have and it said I have ver. 11. I'm not sure if that's enough to run your stated ver. of DirectX. If not is there a way I can get DirectX 9.0c
