Games like Mass effect 2?

Recently played Mass effect series, i liked them very much.... Is there any games like them? especially like mass effect 2?
Features i liked in mass effect 2 was......
1. Different ways to do a mission
2. good side and bad side
3. Level up system
4. Squad recruitment (most important)
5. Upgrading our ship
6. Decision Making

I don't know how to explain this but i will try... i like to build/upgrade our ship/castle/reign/country instead of destroying them(my favorite games are Anno,tropico etc), I like to play with Al team and upgrading and modifying them..In short version, i like to build army and base instead of playing alone and doing missions.. I hope you know what i mean....
Any help will be appreciated

Those are strategy games completely different from Mass Effect which is an RPG with a mass appeal. Good strategy games are XCOM:Enemy Unknown , Starcraft 2

Dragon Age series? but that is more leaning toward hack and slash RPG. but since the game was made by the same studio (BioWare) both game actually shares a lot of thing to each other like decision making, character recruitment and such. both game even allow for you to pause the game to work out your tactic although in DA you can feel the tactic more since you can control other char directly unlike ME where you can only control Sheperd. if you looking for another shooter games that play likes Mass Effect series i don't think there are others like it right now. if i remember correctly the dev once mention they were surprised there are no other games try to mimic their game formula since Mass Effect is quite popular.

anyway have you ME3? my advice is if you want to play ME 3 it is better to play it from the first game and continue your save through ME2 and ultimately ME3. just my opinion but from what my experience it is fine to play ME2 without playing the first ME but for the third.....well you know. personally i've never finish the first so i just use other people save for it.
