New build will not load past BIOS

I've finished building budget PC for my son but it will not load past the BIOS, I have built a couple before but am by no means an expert can anyone please help, I've done a lot of research and believe all components are compatible, the components are as follows:-
Motherboard:-A88X-G45
PSU:-475W
CPU:-A10-6800K
CPU Cooler:-Cooler Master 212 hyper evo
RAM:-Mushkin Redline DDR3-2400
Graphics card:-ASUS hd7770
Hard drives x 2, 500gb each:-Seagate & Western digital
Please give any advise ASAP as this was supposed to be a Christmas present

I mean, I turn on the PC, it all fires up doesn't beep on post just some numbers on bottom right of motherboard(is that normal) then it goes to screen saying , your computer didn't shut down properly do you want to start up repair(doesn't work already tried) or start windows normally so I click start normally it says starting windows the little windows symbol starts to appear then it freezes and restarts. Then I have the option to go to the BIOS which I have, then click out of BIOS and the whole routine starts again and that's as far as it will go.

OK ,I will try that ,I had thought of trying but as I can't get windows to load I didn't think I could. So how do I get to safe mode if it won't boot to windows at all. I'm sure this must be like talking to some kind of idiot but if you could walk me through the process I would appreciate it.
