Wondering if something is wrong with my GTX 770

Solution
How bad is it really? Could we get some benchmarks from the games?

That's a fine system. A very fine, well balanced out one actually. So it should really be able to handle nearly all games right now well at maxed out settings and such.

It really depends on the game. Right now, it is driving me crazy in The Witcher EE. I get crazy fps on it if I do not force v sync, but I get horrible tearing. I force v sync and it will stay a 60 fps most of the time, but if it drops just a few frames it feels like my movement stutters (or hiccups) a little. This is my first really good computer by the way. Maybe that has something to do with it?
