Gaming CPU under Rs.50000 or 800$

Hello everyone..
I want to build a gaming PC under 800$.Can anyone please tell me which components I have to buy to run all types of games ... like Battlefield 4,call of duty,ARMA 2 and other high end games. I need something that will last for 2-3 years at least.

What I would like to know from you guys is:
1. What components are better for the cost, than the ones I listed?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have also selected some things but the expense is going way above 50000 rupees.

Here's my rig:
Intel i5-4690k --CPU (I will overclock it later)
nvidia gtx 760 --GPU
corsair vengeance 8 GB --RAM
ASrock Z97 extreme 6 --motherboard
WD 1TB black --hdd
Samsung 128 GB 850 pro --SSD
Noctua DH14--CPU cooler

I am not sure which case,monitor and power supply to buy.If I am missing anything, please feel free to tell me
.Please quote the prices from Indian Online Retailer and not from newegg or us or amazon.com since i won't be importing. Also, Don't suggest components which are not available in India. However, you can enlist those which are going to launch in India in 4-6 months of timespan.

GTX 760 definitely wont hold so long. I'd suggest the R9 280 (X and non X), they are about the same price but big difference in performance. R9 280 (X and non X) have 3GB OF GDDR5 memory and more shading units, ROPs...

But R9 280 costs around 26500 where GTX 760 costs around 18600.And R9 280 should be compared with GTX 770 (price-tab).This GTX 760 performs better than R9 270.

I would be buying from http://www.amazon.in/ or http://www.flipkart.com/

Actually I want help in all the components as the cost is exceeding 50000.I can squeeze extra 3000-4000 bucks but thats it.If you could help me with that I can really appreciate it.

Ok, what if we take an AMD path as this is a bit of a budget build. I was thinking about:
FX 8350 - 13,390 Rs. (flipkart.com)
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P - 5,880 Rs. (flipkart.com)
RAM can stay
GTX 760 - 18,600 (flipkart.com) - well because it's on discount
Anything you need help with anymore? Just say so, oh and say if you don't like the build.

But the FX 8350 is not anywhere around i5 4690k in terms of performance.I would like to go with Intel processors.I have no idea about which motherboard is better...Also, Is the CPU cooler "Hyper 212 EVO" sufficient for overclocked cpu?
Can you tell me some other intel processors that will suffice in terms of performance as compared to i5 4690k?

Hmm, go with the one you can right now. While you play games monitor your CPU temperatures. If they are above 75°C, get a refund on that cooler and go with a better one. IF YOU CAN GET A REFUND, otherwise get a better cooler.
